This membership includes full access to the gym 24/7, all fitness classes, our diversity fitness app with workouts and nutrition planner, a full InBody analysis with consultation, use of our virtual spin studio and on demand coaching. You will need to arrange your first visit so that we can get you set up with an access card/wristband. All classes and manned hours are subject to change.
